SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN
 

The swimming pool, which was completely re-tiled and refurbished in 2006, has a maximum dimension of 8 metres (26') and is approached down a small flight of steps.  The depth ranges from approximately 1.4m to 1.7m (4' 6" to 5'6").  Gates are installed to keep small children from the swimming pool area and also to keep them within the immediate area of the house.

The house has a number of terraces: at the front door there is a cool shady terrace which looks out to the mountains and valley.  Above the garage there is a terrace for table tennis or sun bathing.  Outside the lounge there is the main sunbathing terrace.  Below the swimming pool level there is a shady terrace for barbecues and from which there are views over the town and out to sea.  The dining terrace and the sun terrace are described above.
